Drape fin Barb

The Drape Fin Barb also known as the Indian High Fin Barb, is a striking, lesser known nano fish native to the clear river tributaries of Northeastern India (particularly the Brahmaputra river basin).

While it stays very small, it is highly sought after by experienced hobbyists for the spectacular, over sized dorsal fin found on mature males, which arches and drapes dramatically over their bodies like a sail.
