Order Cancellation by Dhara

Dhara Nature Aquarium reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the provided address. Full refunds will be issued in all such cases via the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Dhara Nature Aquarium's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for consequential losses including, but not limited to, livestock death caused by delayed delivery, water quality damage, or equipment failure beyond our warranty terms.

Jurisdiction
