Delivery Timeframes
- Pan-India:Standard delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch. We ship via Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart depending on your pincode.
- Bengaluru local:Same-day or next-day delivery available — contact us on WhatsApp to arrange local pick-up or direct delivery.
- Live fish / livestock:Shipped to Bengaluru local only. Live shipments require extra oxygen-pack preparation and carry additional charges. Confirm stock availability via WhatsApp before placing a live fish order.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping:On all orders above ₹999.
- Standard shipping:₹99 flat fee on orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Live fish surcharge:Varies by package size and oxygen requirements — confirmed at time of order via WhatsApp.
Order Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive dispatch confirmation and a courier tracking link via WhatsApp once your order is packed.
Tracking Your Order

Packaging
All dry goods (lights, filters, substrate, food, fertilizers) are packed in double-layer corrugated boxes with bubble wrap and foam padding. Fragile items like glass lily pipes and inline heaters receive additional custom foam inserts. We do not use single-layer packaging for any order regardless of order value.
